FitBharatThe New Life

Your body. Your job.Your plan.

A new life doesn't start with a slogan — it starts with a plan you can actually keep. FitBharat turns who you really are, your measurements, work hours, sleep and gym access, into calories, macros, a weekly split and a bedtime that fits. Then it coaches you through it, every single day.

What's inside

Not another calorie counter

A plan that adapts to your life, and a coach that already knows your situation.

A plan built for you

Your measurements, goal, job hours, equipment and routine become maintenance calories, macro targets, water and step goals — plus a weekly split that fits the days you can actually train.

Log a meal from a photo

Snap your plate for a calorie and macro estimate. Scan barcodes for packaged food, or build meals from a catalogue and save your regulars.

Workouts that remember

Every set, rep and weight. FitBharat shows what you lifted last time, so progressive overload takes no mental effort.

A bedtime you can keep

No demand to sleep four hours earlier tomorrow. Your bedtime shifts about 25 minutes a week, from where you actually sleep to where you need to be.

The small habits, tracked

Water, steps and weight in a tap. Steps sync from Apple Health automatically if you allow it.

Challenges and streaks

Discipline points for showing up, a penalty for skipping a planned session. Compete with friends on a join code, or climb the global board.

A plan that recalibrates

FitBharat compares what you ate against how your weight actually moved, works out your real metabolism, and corrects what the formula got wrong.

How it works

From questionnaire to daily coaching

1

Tell it about you

Three short sections — your body and goal, your work schedule, your daily routine. Height, weight, experience, equipment, work hours, when you sleep, what you eat, when you can get to the gym.

2

Get your plan instantly

Calorie and macro targets from your measurements. A training split matched to your available days and kit. An eating window, a sleep ramp and a full reminder schedule — generated on your device in seconds.

3

Log your days

Meals by photo, barcode or catalogue. Workouts set by set. Water, steps, weight and sleep. Gym check-in photos to prove you turned up.

4

Let the coach adjust

Ask anything and get answers grounded in your own logs. Apply the changes it suggests with one tap. Weekly reviews show what worked and the single thing to fix next.

The name

Why The New Life

Most fitness apps hand you someone else's routine and expect your life to bend around it. FitBharat starts from the opposite end your shift timings, your commute, your kitchen, your gym, the hour you actually fall asleep. A new life is not a harder life. It is the same life, finally arranged so the good habits fit inside it.

What FitBharat is not

It is not medical advice

FitBharat gives general fitness and nutrition guidance from standard formulas. It is not a medical device, cannot diagnose or treat anything, and does not replace a doctor, dietitian or qualified trainer. Talk to a professional first — especially if you are pregnant, under 18, have an eating disorder or a history of one, or any heart, metabolic or joint condition.

Photo estimates are estimates

Nutrition figures read from a meal photo are approximations produced by an AI model looking at a picture. They are a useful guide for staying roughly on target — they are not a measurement, and they will sometimes be well off.

The AI can be wrong

The coach runs on a large language model. It can misread your data or state something confidently incorrect. Use your judgement, especially on anything that affects your health — and tell us if it ever says something harmful.

Your data

The short version

The full policy is long because it has to be. Here is what it actually says.

We never sell your data

Not to anyone, for any purpose. There is no data broker in this business model.

No ads, no trackers

There is no advertising SDK and no analytics tracker inside the app.

Your logs are yours

Meals, weight, workouts and photos are readable only by your own account.

Only your handle is public

Pick a @handle and your name, picture and points appear on leaderboards. Nothing else is ever shared.

Photos go to AI, not to us

Meal and check-in photos are sent to Google's Gemini API for analysis. We keep them only in your own account.

Delete everything, anytime

From inside the app or from this website. Thirty days to change your mind, then it is gone for good.

Start the version of you that actually sticks.
