Terms of Use

The agreement between you and Zenrio Technologies covering your use of FitBharat. Please read the health disclaimer in particular.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing or using FitBharat: The New Life (“FitBharat”, “New Life”, “the app”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is provided by Zenrio Technologies (“we”, “us”), India.

2. Health disclaimer — please read

Health disclaimer

FitBharat is not medical advice and is not a medical device. It provides general fitness and nutrition information generated from standard formulas and from artificial intelligence. It cannot diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

  • Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any training or nutrition programme.
  • Do not disregard or delay professional medical advice because of anything in the app.
  • Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or any concerning symptom.
  • The app is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, has an eating disorder or a history of one, or has a heart, metabolic, kidney or serious joint condition — unless a doctor has approved it.

Calorie targets, macronutrients and training loads are estimates from population-level formulas. They are a starting point, not a prescription for your body.

3. AI-generated content

The coach, the meal photo analysis and the check-in verification are powered by large language and vision models. This means:

  • Output can be inaccurate, incomplete or wrong, sometimes confidently so.
  • Nutrition figures estimated from a photograph are approximations and can be significantly off.
  • You must exercise your own judgement, especially where your health is concerned.
  • We are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of AI-generated output.

If the app ever produces content that is offensive, harmful or dangerous, please report it to support@zenriotech.com so we can act.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FitBharat. By using it you confirm that you are.

5. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
  • Provide accurate information — the plan is only as good as what you tell it.
  • One person per account. Do not share accounts.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload unlawful, abusive, obscene or infringing content
  • Photograph or upload images of other people without their agreement
  • Manipulate points, streaks or leaderboards, or otherwise cheat
  • Impersonate anyone, or choose a @handle designed to deceive
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or gain unauthorised access to the app or its services
  • Use the app to build a competing product, or resell access to it

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into FitBharat — your logs, photographs and messages. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the app for you, including sending it to our AI provider for analysis as described in the Privacy Policy. We claim no other rights, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

8. Availability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change or be withdrawn. We may suspend the service for maintenance, and we may discontinue it entirely with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenrio Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for any injury, health complication, loss of data or lost profits arising from your use of the app.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months, or ₹1,000.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time — see deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app before taking effect. Continuing to use FitBharat after that constitutes acceptance. Last updated 28 August 2026.
